Overloaded is currently in the process of writing new material. In the mean time, I thought I'd post some unreleased demos we recorded at our rehearsal space back in summer of 2006.
The first demo I'd like to post is "Let the Chainsaw Rip". We played this song live twice, but never properly recorded it. I'm going to keep it up till next Friday November 21st, so take a minute and give it a listen!
Next Overloaded gig is Thanksgiving Eve at a new bar called Rockstarz located on Ford Road in Garden City, MI. Rockstarz was formerly called Jamies, and has yet to put up a new sign, so keep that in mind.
If you're a Detroit Overloaded fan, come out to these shows and represent. We don't play out much anymore on purpose. Honestly, these bands that play out every weekend at the same old dump bars are pathetic bitches. You scab bands are empowering these crooked club owners with their half-ass P.A. systems, deaf soundguys, radio shack light shows, and stuck up cunt bartenders.
Anyway, come see a show that's actually worth showing up to on Thanksgiving eve at Rockstarz in Garden City.

Well whadya know. We actually came in 2nd place in the Best of the Beats contest. We didn't find out until Matt Austin congradulated Chris for placing 2nd. None of us had any idea we had won. Good news is the prize is $500 which the band need desperately. Thanks to you all for voting!
